Candor Members will have 24/7 access to our facility outside of class times via the Hybrid Athlete Foundation App. Once you’re familiar with CrossFit and approved to work alone outside of class, your phone is your key for you to train on YOUR schedule – Any Day, Any Time!

Our facility boasts over 8,000 square feet of CrossFit Space filled with the finest equipment. Our coaches are veterans, some nationally competitive, with hearts for the veteran and beginner alike. We are located centrally in Tuscaloosa, so we’re easy to get to for the working professional and just a five-minute drive from the University of Alabama.

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs. The needs of Olympic athletes and our grandparents differ by degree not kind. Our terrorist hunters, skiers, mountain bike riders and housewives have found their best fitness from the same regimen.
