Not only do the coaches push the athletes to do their best during the workouts, but they also support members by providing extracurricular activities outside of the gym so that everyone can get involved/make friends. Whether it be nutrition challenges, crossfit bingo, grabbing some food after a CrossFit Open workout, or spiritual development through Monday prayers, this gym strives to have fun and build relationships even on the toughest workout days. Candor has an environment in which anybody can grow in more ways than just muscles!”
