Scott Claybrook has been a CrossFitter for seven years. He has been part of the CrossFit Candor family for a little over a year. Scott enjoys helping others reach their health and fitness goals through the dynamic world of CrossFit. He believes that CrossFit isn’t for one type of person, but that it is for anyone who is willing to push themselves. You can find him most mornings as our 5:30/6:30 AM Coach. Scott has USA Weighlifting Sports Performance Level 1 Certification. He has a bachelors and graduate degree in exercise health science.
